This research studied about the English Teachers code switching in Teaching Learning Process. This was Qualitative research with the objective of this research is to find out what types of code switching used by the English teachers and to describe the reason why the English teachers used code switching in the class. Subject of this research is focused on the two English Teachers at SMAN I Marisa who has taught in the eleventh grade and twelve grades. Technique of collecting the data in this research are recording ( to record the English teachers’ utterances ) and interview to prove the data findings. To analyze the data used some steps, the first is transcribing the data, the second is reduction, the third is classifying, and the last is verifying the data. The result of this research that I found one type of code switching it is situational code switching, and there are two reasons why the English Teachers used code switching, namely quoting somebody else and Repetition used for clarification.
