Abstrak
ABSTRACT
This research is aimed to describe about how are conflict reflected in Cinderella movie. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The approach used in this research is structural approach. The data was collected from Cinderella movie. The data was collected through library research. The steps of collecting the data are watching movie and taking notes of conflict that appearance in the selected movie. Then comes to the analyzing step which to identify all of the data from selected movie, next is classifying the data, the final step is interpreting the data based on the conflict.
Based on the result, there researcher found four signs that categories into man versus herself, conflict of man versus man, conflict of man versus nature, and conflict of man versus society. The first is man versus herselft, the conflict began when his father asks to marry again, but she did not want him to marry again, she just wantid lived alone with his father. The second is man versus man, the conflict began when Cinderella run forestry. In the woods, she met a man who was chasing a deer. The third is man versus nature, the conflict began when Cinderella helping an old woman who asked for a piece of bread and a glass of milk. It turned out that the grandmother was a fairy godmother in disguise. The kindness and sincerity he helped Cinderella go to dance at the palace. She changing Cinderella from an only girl into a beautiful girl like a princess.The fourth is man versus society, the conflict began when the prince invites all girls to attend the dance party at the palace
