The objectives of this research are to know the process of English learning and to know the factors influence of English learning at Hubulo Islamic Boarding School. The method that used in this research is a qualitative descriptive with used analyze the data reduce, display data, and conclusion. To get the data, the researcher used observation, structure interview, and documentation as the techniques of collecting data.
Based on the result of research, getting of the process of English learning at Hubulo Islamic boarding school doing by two ways, there are formal (school) and informal (boarding environment) and also getting the factors influence of English learning at Hubulo Islamic boarding school are Environment factor, motivation factor, and teacher factor, then motivation as the dominant factor which influence of English learning at Hubulo Islamic boarding school.
