Abstrak

Abstract Monalysa Laonga, (2016): Exploration of PAIKEM Strategy in Learning English (A case study conducted at SMP 10 Kota Gorontalo in 2015/2016 academic year), English department, Faculty of Letter and Culture, State University of Gorontalo. First advisor is Dr. Rasuna Thalib, M.Hum and the second one is Yunita Hatibie, S.Pd, M.Pd. The objective of this research is to explore the implementation of PAIKEM strategy in learning English. Subject of this research are teacher and students in SMP N 10 Kota Gorontalo especially at two grade students. The researcher use qualitative method to complete this research. The result of this research that the implementation of PAIKEM strategy in English learning by applied suitable method of learning with the material, classroom management, classroom interaction and reflection. Based on the result, teacher only apply at a particular time and implementation is not often implemented routinely yet,. So, the targets of learning would not reach. Key words: Implementation, PAIKEM strategy, and English Learning.
