Abstrak
ABSTRACT IRAWATI H. WAHAB. 2013. NIM: 321 409 198. Skripsi: “the influence of lesson plan toward the students’ achievements in learning English (the research is conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kabila). The objective of this research is to find out the influence of lesson plan toward the students’ achievement learning English. The sample of this research is the eight grade of SMP Negeri 1 Kabila. The method of this research is correlation method. The instruments of collecting the data by using questionnaire for X variable and the score of the students after took the final examination for Y variable. The data of this research is normally distributed. The research finding, there is positive influence between teacher’s creativity toward the students’ learning English result. It is proved by the result of r (correlation). Based on the hypothesis analysis, it found that rcount 0.376, while the value of r table with df = n-2 (30-2) and the level of significance ?= 0.05 is 0.374. It means that the hypothesis is accepted, based on criteria that r is more than r table or 0.376? 0.374. Therefore, lesson plan influences the students’ learning English result. Teacher’s lesson influence toward the students’ achievement in learning English. Therefore, the writer suggest for English teacher to improve their lesson plan in teaching class. It is very important for English teacher in teaching English and helps the students to get achievement in learning English. Key words: lesson plan, learning, achievement.
