In this research thestudy used the theory about racial segregation from Geneva (2001, p.2) that racialsegregation is the different physical characteristic and culture based on territory,position and power. It is found that racial segregation in Richard Lagravenese’sFreedom Writers contains of territory, position, power. This study found 9 data. itconsists of 3 data which apply territory, 3 data apply position, and 3 data which applypower.Key word: Racial segregation, Freedom Writers movie
