Abstrak
ABSTRACT Yulistia Dali. 2015. Teaching Narrative Text By Using Reading Power Approach To Increase The Students' Reading Comprehension The objective of this research is to find out whether the reading power approach increase significantly the students' ability reading comprehension of narrative text or not. In conducting this research, the reaearcher use quasi experimental method. As the population of this research is the students of SMA Negeri 1 Kwandang in the second grade of 2013/2014 academic years, X1 IPA 1. As the sample of this research is class XI-IPA 1, the technique of choosing the sample is purposive sampling. The result of the research,is reading power approach can improve the students' reading comprehension. It means that, the reading power approach can be used in order to improve students' reading comprehension. The hypothesis of this research is received because the result of research show that tcount 10,94 â tlist 2.04, based on the criteria of hypothesis if tcount more than tlist it means that the hypothesis of research is received. Key Word: Narrative Text, Reading Power, Student Reading Comprehension.
