This study aims to find out the English teachers' teaching variations at SMPN 1 Kabila. The theories are used to lead for analyzing the data from Djamarah & Zain (2013), he classified teaching variations into teaching style, learning media, and interaction. There are four types of teaching style they are classic teaching style is teaching and learning process which the teacher who still dominated the class without giving the opportunities to the students. Second, technological teaching style is teaching a process that requires the teachers to hold on the media available. Then, personalization teaching style is teaching and learning process who dominated by the students. Furthermore, interactional teaching style is teaching and learning process that prefers sets out the dialogical between teacher and students. The method of this study is the descriptive qualitative method. The data of this research were collected from observation and interview. In analyzing the data, the researchers got through the following steps. (1) data reduction. (2) data display. (3) conclusion. In SMPN 1 Kabila, the teachers mostly used classic teaching style and interactional teaching style while they never used personalization teaching style and technological teaching style. This study contributes to give insight about teaching variations in learning English and the result of the study point out by using teaching variation teaching and learning process to be more fun, interesting, and enjoy to learn. Therefore, teaching and learning process is successful.
