The research aims to identify and to analyze the social class in Titanic film by using Marxist perspective on conflict between upper class and lower class in Titanic film. It uses the theory of Jack Nobbs by classify the social class into three category, there are economic background, education, and occupation. The objects of the research are Titanic film and script text of Titanic film. The research applies a qualitative descriptive method. To conduct this research, the researcher uses identification to collect all the data of social class in Marxist perspective on conflict. After finding the data, the research identify and analyze the utterances which contains social class based on Marxist perspective in Titanic film. Based on the category of social class in Jack Nobbs, the stratification of social class is the reason conflicts comes into classes. Marxist literary criticism also examines the classes between upper class and lower class in literary work. It is because literary work mostly describes about society life in film, novel, and drama.
