The aim of this research is to find out whether the teacher's made test of final examination in Junior High School is valid and reliable or not. In addition, the purpose of this research were to find out the item facility, the item discrimination and the distracter of each item test is good or not. The subjects of this research were the Second Grade of Junior High School Satu Atap Bone Pantai which consists of 20 students. The total number of the test 25 items. In this research the writer used descriptive quantitative method. The technique of collecting the data were documentation form, analyzing the teacher made test and students' answer sheet. In analyzing the data the writer used Brown's formula. The findings of this research were from 25 items there were only 2 valid items, the coefficient reliability of the test in Junior High School Satu Atap Bone Pantai was the lowest, than the item facility of items were in difficult category, the item discrimination of items were in poor category and the most of distracters had served their function effectively. Therefore, the validity, the reliability, the item facility (IF), the item discrimination (ID) and the distracters test in Junior High School Satu Atap Bone Pantai needs to be revised.
