This research is about the influence of real object media toward the student vocabulary. Real object as media is a bridge that connected between circles and students vocabulary. As long as real object running students has opportunity to learning in the outdoor and interact with the things that they found in their circles. The aim of this research is to find out whether the implementation of real object media can improve the students' vocabulary or not. This research focuses to look the change of students' score in the test after the students get real object media as the treatment. The sample in this research is the students VII B of SMP N 7 Wonosari that consist of 20 students. This research used pre-experimental design as the method. From the calculation of t test, the researcher found that t-count bigger than t-list or 10,46 bigger than 1.70. Students score test also was increased it prove by the students' mean score pre test is 51 and the mean score in post test is 71.07. From the calculated above the students score in was increased 20.7%. So, it can be concluded that the real object media can improve the students' vocabulary. This research shows that real object media is one of other way to develop the students' vocabulary. English teacher can use real object media in teaching and learning process.
