This study aims to describe the profile of English test based on Bloom's taxonomy cognitive domain and to give information whether the English teachers consider about Bloom's taxonomy when composing English test or not. According to Bloom (1956), Bloom's taxonomy cognitive domain is designed to measure students cognitive during written examination test. This study is designed by using descriptive method. The source of data of this study is taken from the English test of Junior High School 1 Bone Pantai academic year of 2014/2015 and the English teachers. Documentation and Interview were used for collecting the data. The data had collected in documentation is the English mid and final semester test academic year of 2014/2015 with 187 total questions and the data had collected in interview is getting from the interview with the English teachers. Analyzing the data was started from identifying the data, classifying the data and interpreting the data. Data is analyzed according to the levels of Bloom's taxonomy cognitive domain. The findings of this study shows that the English test is highly dominated with the lower lever thinking in total remembering (C1) 87 questions (47%), understanding (C2) 77 questions (41%), applying (C3) 21 questions (11%), analyzing (C4) 2 questions (1%), and there is no questions (0%) for both evaluating (C5) and creating (C6). It is because of the English teachers lack comprehension about Bloom's taxonomy. The first teacher does not consider of Bloom's taxonomy when composing English test. While the second teacher, even though she said that she considers, but she did not apply the all levels, because many students were still confused and difficult to answer higher level questions.
