This research is aimed to reveal the proof what makes the Eagle in The Eagle Movie, which by the plot and the story in the movie and agreed by a movie critic and some movie reviewers means honor and also the meaning of symbols in the Eagle Movie. They use the theory of Charles Sanders Pierce' and his Triadic System of Sign. In other words the data (symbols) that have been found is interpreted their meaning by analyzing and classified them into three part of signs by Pierce. The object of research is The Eagle symbol in The Eagle Movie directed by Kevin McDonald. This research applies a qualitative descriptive method. The primary data is a remark of the script (dialogue) and the scenes (actions) in the movie. The data are analyzed after finding and interpreting the specific utterances and actions in the movie. Based on Pierce's semiotic there are three types of sign; index, icon, and symbol. Next Pierce' theory in analyzing symbol is using triadic system of sign which has three types; the sign, interpretant, and the object.
