This study show about the two characters of fathers that play their role as the conspicious father to their children. This study aims to find out and analyze the characters of Bryan Mills and Murad in Taken 1 and Taken 2 Movies based on psychological analysis. The data are obtained from script and scenes of Taken 1 and Taken 2 movies, the books of psychology literary, and other literature from internet. This study focuses to analyze Bryan Mills and Murad characterization by using Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis theory. The data are analyzed qualitatively by following some steps. The steps are understanding reviewing the data that have been collected, determining the utterances of the characters that indicates having value in the movie, arranging the theories that relates and would be used in the analysis, and the last is making the conclusion based on the data analysis. In this analysis, this study found that Bryan Mills is a father who has an anxious and anger characterization. He became anxious and anger man when his daughter was abduct by the kidnapper. While Murad is a father who has an hatred characterization. He showed his hatred characterization by his desire to seek revenge to Bryan who has killed his son. Based on the data, the id is dominant structure of personality in Murad's character. It is showed by his desire to take revenge to Bryan. He could not control himself and the things that could make him satisfied is doing revenge.
