This research is aimed to reveal the students' perceptions on bilingual program at Biology Department. The participants of the research are 20 students of the sixth semester particularly in class C of Biology Department. This research applies a qualitative descriptive method. The researcher uses observation, questionnaire and interview to collect the representation of students' perceptions on bilingual program at Biology Department. The data are analyzed after finding and classifying the specific utterances of the students' perceptions on bilingual program at Biology Department. The result of the study shows that the students have positive thoughts towards the Bilingual program at Biology but they found any obstacles in learning bilingual. Those obstacles involve the lack of the lecturers' ability in performing teaching and learning process and insufficient books and learning sources thus they can learn bilingual optimally.
