The equivalence of children's biological and neurological in producing foreign language appeal researcher's attention to investigate morphological and syntactical language production on 3-5 years old children. It also aims to find out several factors that influence children ability in producing English language as a foreign language. Qualitative is utilized to lead the way in research. Additionally, triangulation is used for the eligibility of data finding in this reseacrh. Collecting the data, researcher uses observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data are analyzed through MLU (mean length utterance) measurement tool. Furthermore, findings show that the English morphological and syntactical production are different on each informant of this research. 4.1 YOI is 3.87, 4.2 YOI is 2.57, 5.2 YOI is 3.18, and 5.2 YOI is 2.65 MLU. Based on the data, there is only one informant (4.1 YOI) reach the standardization of MLU and include in a normal child produce English language. Therefore, the factor which contribute to children's English language production are family, environment, and education. However, the most prominent factor that influence is family.
