Abstrak

The study exposed extrovert and introvert as part of personality affected students' achievement in speaking skill. The purpose of this study was to find out wheter there was any differences between extrovert students and introvert students in English speaking skill. The researcher used sixth semester students of English Departemnt in Universitas Negeri Gorontalo as samples and descriptive quantitative research as method of the research. The researcher found that in English Department in Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, there was difference between extrovert students and introvert students on language learning through their achievement in speaking skill, even though in this research the difference was not significant.
