This research aims to reveal an analysis on Students' anxiety in English public speaking. The data were collected by giving questionnaires and interviewing the students of the English Department and the data were analyzed by using mix method. The participants of this study are fifteen students who were chosen based on certain criteria. The data were analyzed after finding and classifying the specific information that was revealed from the interview and questionnaires. The result of the study shows the fact that there are some major factors that cause anxiety for the students while doing the English public speaking. Those are caused by the environmental factor, personal or behavioral factor, and genetic factor. However, the most valuable information could be obtained from this research is that the factor that mostly influence the students' anxiety is the behavioral or personality factor.
