A Study on the Classroom Management Delivered by English Private Course Instructors (A qualitative research conducted at Intensive English Course (IEC), Gorontalo City).Skripsi. The students' English basic skills in formal and informal school in Gorontalo found contrast different. Even though formal and informal students have a same hour in learning English, the informal students found much better in the English basic skills, including speaking, reading, listening, and mastering vocabulary. Thus, this research was conducted to describe the classroom management delivered by the English private course instructors and how are the students' perception on the classroom management delivered. Taking the data on the classroom management delivered, this research used Gebhard's theory and conducted five time observations that took two English instructors in Intensive English Course (IEC) Gorontalo. Researcher also interviewed one student in each five meetings in taking the data on how was the students' perception on the classroom management delivered. After the data were analyzed and discussed used qualitative method, it was found that classroom management delivered by instructor A and instructor B used 8 indicators from 11 indicators of classroom management argued by Gebhard and replaced the 4 indicators with other classroom management activities.
