Abstrak
The aim of this study at analyzing students perception on teaching process taught by Native English Speaker Teacher (NEST). The population in this research is 10 participant of English department especially academic year 2015 fourth semesters. This research used purposive sampling based on the participant experience in the classroom, and qualitative approach is the method that researcher used. Interview is the main instrument that researcher used to collect the data which is giving some question to the participant. In analyzing the data, it is used Creswell (2009) analysis there are 4 steps, as follows; transcribing interview, reading through the data, generating codes and theme and interpreting of themes. It is known that, the result of the data analysis reveals that most of the participants were agree that native English speaker teacher (NEST) in the teaching process was interesting and able organized the classroom. Recommendation for further research to conduct the different student perception taught by native speaker and non-native English speaker teacher in the learning process to give more comprehension related these studies.
