This research aims to reveal an analysis of the students suprasegmental aspect, specifically the intonation when they are delivering their speech in International Students Conference (ISC) 2016. The data were collected by observing the videotape of the students speech and interview conducted to all the participants of the English Department. The data were analyzed by using qualitative method. The participants of this study are eight participant/students who were chosen based on certain criteria. The data were analyzed after finding and classifying the specific information that was revealed from the videotape and the interview. The result of the study shows the fact that rising and falling intonation has been mostly used by the students in delivering their speech. However, some of the intonations made by the students were considered against the rules of English intonation. It was also revealed that based on the differences between English and Indonesian phonetic system, concerning the suprasegmental level, especially intonation is affected by the first language influence and the students pedagogical aspect. Furthermore, the students make the most remarkable intonation when pronouncing final consonants which they, under the influence of Indonesian, devoice even though these final consonants are voiced in English
