This research was suppose to prove the hypothesis whether or not cartoon series as media to enrich students' vocabulary for seven grade students of SMP N 3 Gorontalo 2015/2016 Academic year. The research has been conducted by using pre-experimental with concern on applied pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The samples of this research were 30 students. In addition, this research using quantitative approach. Furthermore, by calculating the score before and after the treatments, the result showed that tcount = 11.75 at the level of significance ( = 0,05 ) and degree of freedom (df) = 30-1 = 29 and tlist was 1.699.In addition, it can be concluded that the hypothesis "Enriching students' vocabulary mastery through cartoon series" as a media to enrich vocabulary mastery was recieved. It proved that Cartoon series (Spongebob Squarpants) can enriched students' Vocabulary mastery.
