Abstract
The aim of this study is to describe the features of women������s language used by the female main character that appear in Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 1 Movie as proposed by Robin Lakoff (1973).This research is applied descriptive qualitative method using documentation in which the data were taken from the whole movie script, particularly the female main character speech. The result has been revealed that there were 34 utterances which can be categorized into seven features out of ten features in total. These seven features were lexical hedges, tag questions, rising intonation on declaratives, empty adjectives, intensifiers, hypercorrect grammar, and super polite forms. Intensifiers turned to be the most highly used (10 utterances) and followed by tag questions (2utterance) which was the smallest used by the main character. Therefore, it has been revealed that the main character was not that feminine. This is indicating that the main character is a figure of a powerful woman based on her linguistic feature.
