Creating the curriculum is a system that might assist the government in order to improve the quality of education. The government has planned an educational innovation by implementing curiculum 2013 in an effort to improve the quality and equity of education, which is expected to produce Indonesia people productive, creative, innovative, and effective. This study explores the implementation of curriculum 2013 in the teacher located in SMA Negeri 1 Limboto. The participants were the English teacher in SMA Negeri 1 Limboto. This research is conducted into three indicators, there are introduction, core and closing activity and informed by descriptive qualitative research. The data collection were observerb and interview, also the data analyzed was conducted by reducing the data, displaying the data and verified. The findings were drawn in some points. First, The English teachers in SMA Negeri 1 limboto have understood the curriculum 2013. The English teacher in this study have followed the training of curriculum 2013, it helped the teachers to understand the curriculum 2013. Second, based in the implementation of curriculum 2013 in the learning process in SMA Negeri 1 Limboto was included in the applying in curriculum 2013 in the learning process do not doing well because the teacher in the learning process are not the same, using of various media, models and methods.
