This research was conducted to describe the personality disorder of Amy's character in the novel Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn. Gone Girl is a novel present the story of the girl who grew up with parents that violence her mental, and lived by manipulating people, so people will see her as a perfect and an innocent girl. Due to that matter, this study investigated the personality of Amy Dunne and describe the psychological problem of her character by using psychoanalytic approach of Sigmund Freud and theory of DSM-V (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder) by American Psychiatric Association. The data were conducted by qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research showed that the character of Amy Dunne is different than her appearance that shows like a beautiful and perfect girl, through her life periods with her parents, her friend, and her husband, she has several psychological problems such as intimidator, manipulator, sadistic, but she is intelligence.
