Abstract Nur Izatun. 321415091. The Application of PPP Method to Increase Students Speaking Ability of the Tenth Grade at SMKN 1 Bokat in the Academic Year of 2019/2020. Skripsi. Pd, M.A., Ph.D (2) Indri Wirahmi Bay, S.Pd., M.A. This study explores the implementation of PPP (Presentation, Practice, and Production) method in curriculum of 2013, specifically in speaking skill. In other words, this research is conducted to discover what if the PPP (Presentation, Practice, and Production) method is implemented in speaking class. The samples for this research were 25 10th grade students from SMKN 1 Bokat. The data collection process were conducted by utilizing speaking rubric and audio recording and analyzed by using t-test. The result of this research revealed that the pre-test is 416 and the post-test is 497. The hypothesis found that the Tcount Tlist by the value 9,585 1,711, which proves that the hypothesis (HI) is accepted. Thus, the research concluded that the application of PPP (Presentation, Practice and Production) is capable of improving the speaking ability of students from SMKN 1 Bokat Keywords: Students ability, Speaking, Presentation Practice Production method.
