Basic teaching is an activity that generally occurs in the classroom, this process involves teachers, students, and teaching material. However, the learning activities must be disrupted by the Covid-19 that has hit the world. Covid-19 has been running and finally we are brought to a situation called the new normal conditions. The new normal condition requires us to carry out learning using the blended learning method. Blended learning is an approach learning that integrates online and face-to-face learning to produce a more effective learning experience. Therefore, this study aims to determine the English teachers' perception in implementing blended learning in the new normal condition of covid-19. This research is qualitative research because the data analyzed using thematic analysis method by Braun and Clarke (2017), There are six steps to conduct the thematic analysis that were used in this study as follows: becoming familiar with the data, coding, searching for theme, reviewing theme, defining themes and writing up.The results of this study describe themes associated with the perceptions in implementing blended learning in the new normal conditions. The first theme is teachers' knowledge about blended learning which consist of two sub-themes including teachers' opinions and blended learning during new normal condition.The second theme is implementation of blended learning consist of four sub-themes including teaching materials, student readiness, student motivate and learning facilities. The last themes are blended learning results including students' progression skills, teachers' difficulties and teachers' hope.
