Abstrak

Nama:Novi Thamrin Nim: 321415110 This study aimed to find out the factors of students difficulties in listening comprehension. This study was designed by using qualitative method. The participants of this research were referred to students at SMAN 1 Telaga Biru in class XI IPS3. However, the researcher just took 26 students as a sample of research. In this study, the researcher used observation and interview as the technique. The result of this study showed that the students have difficulties in vocabulary, pronunciation, and speech rate. It is also found that the most significant result of this study is vocabulary. It is useless when the students can hear the word clearly but they did not know the meaning of the word. It caused confusion between the students and also it caused the students not focused on the recorder. Key words: Students Difficulties, Listening Comprehension.
