Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kreativitas pemecahan masalah matematika pada materi geometri bangun datar di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Telaga. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII yang sudah mendapatkan materi geometri bangun datar pada kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Telaga semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018 sebanyak 31 orang. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes kreativitas pemecahan masalah matematika yang berbentuk essay pada materi geometri bangun datar. Untuk melihat kreativtas pemecahan masalah matematika digunakan 3 indikator yaitu: kefasihan/kelancaran (fluency), fleksibilitas/keluwesan (Flexibility) dan kebaruan (Novelty).
Hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukan bahwa kreativitas pemecahan masalah matematika pada materi geometri bangun datar di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Telaga berada pada kategori sedang.

This study aims to analyze the creativity of problem-solving mathematics in the geometric plane figures at grade VII of Junior High School SMP Negeri 1 Telaga. This descriptive research involved the grade VIII which had been taught about the geometric plane figures as many as 31 people as the subject of the study. The instrument is the problem of creativity in solving mathematical problems in the form of essay in the material of geometric plane figures. In order to find out the innovative features of mathematical problem solving, it used 3 indicators such as fluency, flexibility, and novelty. The results of the study and analysis of the data show that the creativity of mathematical problem-solving in the aforementioned material at grade VII of Junior High School SMP Negeri 1 Telaga is in the medium category.
