Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan guru mengadakan variasi dalam pembelajaran matematika pada materi bola dikelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Paguyaman menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian yaitu : (1) Kegiatan guru memperoleh presentase 84%, (2) Kegiatan peserta didik memperoleh presentase 84%, (3) Respon peserta didik memperoleh 86%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan variasi pada pembelajaran matematika metari bola di kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Paguyaman mencapai kategori "sangat baik".

Employing a descriptive method, this study aimed to describe the teacher's skills in carrying out learning mathematics variations on ball topic in ninth-grade students of SMP 1 State Junior High School in Paguyaman. The results showed that: (1) teacher activities obtained a percentage of 84%, (2) student activities acquired a percentage of 84%, and (3) student responses got a percentage of 86%. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the use of variations in the learning of mathematics on ball topic in the research site reached the "very good" category.
