Windy Potabuga, 2016. " Hubungan Antara Pengelolaan Kelas Dengan Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMK Gotong Royong Telaga ". Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika, Jurusan Fisika, Fakultas Matematika Dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo di bawah bimbingan bapak Prof. Dr. H. Yoseph Paramata, M.Pd dan Ibu Tirtawaty Abdjul, S.Pd, M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengelolaan kelas dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK Gotong Royong Telaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik melalui uji regresi dan uji korelasi. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut diperoleh persamaan regresi = 3,725 + 0,306 X, yang berarti setiap terjadi perubahan sebesar satu unit variabel X (Pengelolaan Kelas) maka akan diikuti oleh perubahan rata-rata variabel Y (Hasil Belajar) sebesar 0,306 unit, dengan kedua variabel linier. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien korelasinya r = 0,745 dengan koefisien determinasinya r2 = 55,5%. Dalam pengujian keberartian koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel,( 5,914 > 1,70) pada taraf signifikan = 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengelolaan kelas dengan hasil belajar siswa di SMK gotong royong telaga. Oleh karena itu, guru harus lebih memahami pengelolaan kelas yang dimiliki oleh siswa dan dapat menciptakan pengelolaan kelas yang lebih baik lagi agar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa khususnya pada mata pelajaran fisika.

This research aims at investigating the relation between class management with students' learning achievement in SMK Gotong Royong Telaga. This is a quantitative research with statistical analysis through regression and correlation test. Based on the test, it obtains formula of regression = 3,725 + 0,306 X, which means every change of one unit for variable X (class management), thus it will be followed by average change of variable Y (learning achievement) that is 0,306 unit, with both of variables are linear. Meanwhile, hypothesis test based on its correlation coefficient r = 0,745 with it determination coefficient r2 = 55,5%. Based on correlation coefficient significance test, it obtains value of tcount is higher than ttable (5,914 > 1,70) in significance level of = 0,05. Thus, it can be concluded that there are positive and significant relation between class management with students' learning achievement in SMK Gotong Royong Telaga. Therefore, teacher should understand more about students' class management and they are expected to create a better class management by mean of increasing students' learning achievement, particularly in topic of physics.
