This study aimed to determine the effect of mycorrhizal inoculation on vegetative
growth arbuskula Rice (Oryza sativa L.) grown in growing media Limboto lake
sediments. The research was conducted at the Green House Department of
Biology Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences State University of
Gorontalo, with a design using completely randomized design (CRD), which
consists of 5 treatments and 4 replications, namely: A (control), B (2.5 arbuskula
mycorrhizal inoculum gr and lake sediment Limboto), C (5 g arbuskula
mycorrhizal inoculum and lake sediments Limboto), D (7.5 g arbuskula
mycorrhizal inoculum and lake sediment Limboto), E (10 g mycorrhizal inoculum
arbuskula and lake sediments Limboto). Data is collected 4 times with vulnerable
time of 15 days, starting at 15 DAT to 60 DAT. The result showed that the effect
of mycorrhizal inoculation on vegetative growth of plants arbuskula Rice (Oryza
sativa L.) grown in growing media Limboto lake sediments, no effect on plant
height, number of leaves, dry weight, and root dashed ratio.
