Abstrak

Yayu Djailani. Of 2012. '' Isolation of Endophytic Microbes Producing IAA in Corn Root Crops ". Thesis, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Science, State University of Gorontalo. Mentors I Wirnangsi D. Uno, S. Pd, Kes and Mentors II Yuliana Retnowati, S.Si, M.Sc. This study aims to get Endophytic bacterial isolates on the roots of corn plants and determine levels of IAA produced by the Endophytic bacterial isolates. This research uses experimental methods and data were analyzed descriptively. Isolation of Endophytic bacteria in the roots of corn plants using three different varieties namely Motoro, Hybrids and Ceritina. Isolation of Endophytic bacteria obtained was determined by colorimetric method using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 530 nm. The results showed that there are 4 Endophytic bacterial isolates from each variety is xarietas Motoro (M1 and M2), 1 isolate varieties Ceritina (C), and a variety of hybrid (H). The results of measurements of hormone levels of IAA in each Endophytic bacterial isolates to the 6 day of incubation was M1 of 5,692, M2 of 5,881, C of 3,252 dan H of 0,151 Keywords: Isolation, Endophytic, IAA, Corn Crop.
