Rob Di Wilayah Pesisir Desa Tabulo Selatan Kecamatan Mananggu Kabupaten Boalemo". Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pendugaan Nilai Serapan Karbon Pada Akar dan Substrat Mangrove Spesies Ceriops tagal (Perr.) C. B. Rob Di Wilayah Pesisir Desa Tabulo Selatan Kecamatan Mananggu Kabupaten Boalemo. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur kerapatan vegetasi mangrove Ceriops tagal (Perr.) C. B. Rob dengan menggunakan metode Point-Centered Quarter Method (P-CQM). Perhitungan nilai biomassa akar diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus alometrik yaitu dengan melakukan pengukuran diameter setinggi dada atau 1,3 m di atas permukaan tanah pada pohon sampel. Stok karbon diestimasi dengan mengalikan nilai biomassa dengan konstanta 50 %. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui stok karbon tanah diperoleh dari hasil analisis laboratorium. Hasil Penelitian yaitu Total biomassa bawah permukaan (Akar) sebesar 833,94 Kg, setara dengan 4.108,66 Kg atau 15.078,79 Kg C/ha dengan kerapatan 32.34 pohon/ Ha. Atau setiap 32,34 pohon/Ha mampu menyerap karbon sebanyak 15.078,79 Kg C/ha. Data kandungan karbon substrat setiap pohon sampel mangrove spesies Ceriops tagal (Perr.) C.B. Rob Di Wilayah Pesisir Desa Tabulo Selatan Kecamatan Mananggu Kabupaten Boalemo dari seluruh pohon sampel adalah 4579,75 gr/cm2 dengan rata kandungan karbon setiap pohon sampel 152,66 gr C/cm2 atau secara keseluruhan 4579,75 gr C/cm2.

This study aims to determine how Uptake Value Estimation of carbon in roots and Substrates Mangrove Species Ceriops tagal (Perr.) C. B. Rob Di Coastal South Tabulo village of the district was the District Mananggu. The study was conducted by measuring the density of the mangrove vegetation Ceriops tagal (Perr.) C. B. Rob using Point-Centered Quarter Method (P-CQM). The calculation of the value of root biomass is obtained by using the formula alometrik namely by measuring diameter at breast height or 1.3 m above ground level on the sample tree. Carbon stock was estimated by multiplying the value of biomass with a constant 50%. As for knowing the soil carbon stocks was obtained from the results of laboratory analysis. Results: Total subsurface biomass (roots) of 833.94 Kg, equivalent to 4108.66 Kg or 15078.79 Kg C / ha with a density of 32.34 trees / ha. Or every 32.34 trees / ha could absorb as much as 15078.79 Kg C / ha. Data content of the carbon substrate samples each mangrove tree species Ceriops tagal (Perr.) C.B. Rob Di Coastal Village South Tabulo Mananggu subdistrict of the district was the entire sample trees is 4579.758 g / cm2 with average carbon content of each sample trees 152.66 g C / cm2 or overall 4579.75 gr C / cm2.
