Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) validitas dan (2) kepraktisan instrumen evaluasi berbasis online system menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot pada materi sistem pertahanan tubuh kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan model 4-D. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen, angket respon dan test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen evaluasi yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran, dapat dilihat dari persentase hasil validasi yaitu, validator ahli materi dan validator ahli evaluasi sebesar 91.05%, validator ahli media sebesar 94%, dan validator praktisi sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat layak. Kepraktisan instrumen evaluasi dilihat dari keterlaksanaan aktivitas guru, aktivitas peserta didik, dan respon peserta didik yang masing-masing adalah 100%, 91.5%, 92% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t dan N-Gain score. Uji-t Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan. Sedangkan N-Gain score dengan nilai 0,66 masuk dalam kategori sedang. Demikian instrumen evaluasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan aplikasi Kahoot layak dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran Biologi materi sistem pertahanan tubuh kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo.

This research is classified as developmental research that aims to determine (1) validity, and (2) practicality of online system-based learning evaluation instrument using Kahoot application in immune system topic for class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo. This research is a 4-D model development research where its subjects are students of class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo in the 2021/2022 academic year. The data collection techniques used are instrument, response questionnaire, and test. The findings indicate that the evaluation instrument developed can be used in the learning process, and it is observable from the percentage of validation results, namely, validation from material expert and evaluation tool expert for 91,05%, application expert for 94%, and practitioner for 95% with a very feasible category. Additionally, the practicality of the evaluation instrument is noticeable from the implementation of teacher activities, student activities, and student responses, which are 100%, 91.5%, and 92%, respectively. with very good categories. In addition, the learning outcomes are analyzed using t- test and N-Gain score. The t-test Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 indicates the existence of significant difference while the N-Gain score with a value of 0.66 is in the medium category. Thus, the evaluation instrument developed using Kahoot application is feasible and can be used in Biology learning for immune system topic for class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo.
