Olis Djakatara. 2018. Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair Limbah Biogas Terhadap Respon Pertumbuhan Tanaman Cabai Rawit (Capsicum frutescens L) Varietas Dewata. Skripsi, Jurusan Biologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah biogas terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L) Varietas Dewata dan mengetahui perlakuan pupuk organik cair limbah biogas yang berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L) Varietas Dewata.
Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan April sampai dengan Juli 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan yaitu (Kontrol); 12,5; 25,0; 37,5; 50,0; 62,5) mL/1 L air yang diulang sebanyak 6 kali. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, lingkar batang, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, jumlah bunga, jumlah buah, dan berat buah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Analisis Varians (ANAVA) jika terdapat pengaruh, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pupuk organi cair limbah biogas dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L) varietas deawata. Selanjutnya terdapat perbedaan antar perlakuan pupuk organik cair limbah biogas terhadap pertumbuhan cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L) varietas dewata dan perlakuan B4 (50 mL/l) memberikan pengaruh tertinggi pada semua parameter.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of liquid organic fertilizer of biogas waste on the growth response of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L) Dewata Variety and the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer of biogas waste that affects the growth of the aforementioned plant. This research was conducted from April to July 2018, and employed an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design consisting of six treatments, including (Control; 12,5; 25,0; 37,5; 50,0; 62.5) mL/1 L of water, replicated six times. The observed variables were plant height, stem circumference, number of leaves, number of branches, flowers, fruits along with fruit weight. The data were analyzed by using the Variance Analysis (ANAVA) test in which if there is an effect, it will be continued by the test of Least Significance Different of 5%. The result reveals that liquid organic fertilizer of biogas waste influences the growth response of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L) Dewata Variety. Further, there is a difference among the treatments of liquid organic fertilizer of biogas waster towards the cayenne pepperâs growth. The treatment B4 (50 mL/l) provides the highest effect on all research parameters.
