Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan tepung cangkang telur dalam mengadsorbsi logam Pb pada ikan. Parameter yang diuji meliputi pengaruh variasi lama perendaman dan massa tepung cangkang telur dalam mengadsorbsi logam Pb pada ikan. Variasi lama perendaman yaitu 90 menit, 120 menit, dan 150 menit sedangkan variasi massa tepung cangkang telur yaitu 1 gr, 1,5 gr, 2 gr, dan 2,5 gr. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan adsorbsi tepung cangkang telur meningkat seiring dengan pertambahan massa tepung cangkang telur dan lama perendaman. Hasil uji statistik independen dua faktor menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variasi lama perendaman dan konsentrasi tepung cangkang telur dalam menurunkan kadar logam Pb pada ikan yakni [x2hit (80,821 > x2tabel (34,8)] pada taraf 0,01.

The objective of the research was to know the ability of eggshell flour in adsorbtion Pb metal of fishes. This research studied about long submersion variation effect and consetration of eggshell in adsorb Pb metal of fishes. Long submersion variations between 90, 120, and 150 minutes. Variations of eggshell flour consentration were 1 gr, 1,5 gr, 2 gr, and 2,5 gr. The result of research showed that ability of eggshell flour adsorbtion increased a long additional of eggshell flour consentration and long submersion. Based on statistic test of two independent factors showed that there were correlation between submersion variations and eggshell flour consetration in decreasing Pb metal content of fishes [x2hit (80,821 > x2tabel (34,8)] in 0,01 level
