Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dipadukan dengan strategi huyula pada materi stoikiometri kelas X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Paguat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan/tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi serta analisis dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Paguat yang berjumlah 18 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari data hasil pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa melalui lembar observasi dan data hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dipadukan dengan strategi huyula dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Aktivitas guru meningkat dari 73,33% pada siklus I menjadi 94,67% pada siklus II. Aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 62,50% pada siklus I menjadi 82,36% pada Siklus II. Selanjutnya hasil belajar siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari 50% pada siklus I menjadi 94,44% pada siklus II, dengan rata-rata nilai siklus I sebesar 63,88% dan pada siklus II sebesar 77,77%.

This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students through Think Pair Share (TPS) model combined with huyula strategy on stoichiometric material of class X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Paguat. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles with each cycle consisting of planning/action stage, action implementation, observation and evaluation and analysis and reflection. The subjects of the study were students of class X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Paguat which amounted to 18 students. Data collection techniques use tests and observations. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis technique. Data from this research is obtained from data of observation activity of teacher and student through observation sheet and data of student learning result. The results showed that the use of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model combined with huyula strategy can increase student activity and learning outcomes. Teacher activity increased from 73.33% in the first cycle to 94.67% in cycle II. Student activity also increased from 62.50% in the first cycle to 82.36% in Cycle II. Furthermore, student learning outcomes also increased from 50% in the first cycle to 94.44% in cycle II, with an average cycle value I of 63.88% and on the second cycle of 77.77%.
