Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh strategi REACT dengan metode eksperimen dan demonstrasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa, serta perbedaan hasil belajar strategi REACT menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan metode demonstrasi, di SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest posttest design dengan teknik cluster random sampling, diperoleh sampel yang terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 (kelas A) menggunakan strategi REACT metode demonstrasi dan kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2 (kelas B) menggunakan strategi REACT metode eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji statistik pengaruh strategi REACT dengan metode demonstrasi membuktikan bahwa thitung = 19,53 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,78 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, hasil uji statistik pengaruh metode eksperimen membuktikan bahwa thitung = 18,84 lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,78 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, hasil uji statistik perbedaan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar membuktikan bahwa thitung = -2,27 lebih kecil dari ttabel = -1,71 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh strategi REACT dengan metode demonstrasi dan metode eksperimen terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang didukung oleh nilai test sebelum diberi perlakuan (pretest) meningkat setelah diberi perlakuan (posttest), serta terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa strategi REACT dengan metode eskperimen dan demonstrasi pada materi larutan penyangga.

The research was quantitative research which aimed to discover the influence of REACT learning strategy with the experimental method and demonstrate toward students' Study outcomes; also the difference of REACT strategy students' Outcome used the experimental method with demonstration method, at SMA Negeri 1 Suwawa in2017/2018. The research employed one group pretest-posttest design with cluster random sampling technique, the sample obtained from two class which is class XI IPA 1 as experiment class 1 (class A) applying to REACT strategy of demonstration method and class XI IPA 2 as experiment class 2 (class B) applying REACT strategy of the experimental method. The research finding revealed that, the influence of REACT strategy with demonstration method showed that tcount = 19,53 is higher than ttable = 1,78 on the significant value of 0,05, statistic test result of the experimental method influence showed that tcoun = 18,84 is higher that ttable = 1,78 on significant value of 0,05, statistic test result of the difference on the average value of students outcome showed that tcount = -2,27 is lower than ttable = -1,71 on significant vaiue of 0,05. It indicates that there is an influence of REACT strategy with demonstration method and experimental method toward students'study outcome which was assisted by the test value before (pretest) treatments increased after (posttest) treatment, also there is a difference between students' study outcome of REACT strategy with experimental method and demonstration on buffer soiution material.
