Abstrak

Dewi Rosaliah Indah. 2013. Perbedaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw dengan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe Group Investigation Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Geografi Materi Persebaran Sumber Daya Alam Di SMA Prasetya Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe group investigation pada materi persebaran sumber daya alam. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI SMA Prasetya Gorontalo dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni kelas XI IPS 1 dengan jumlah siswa 25 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPS 2 dengan jumlah siswa 20 sebagai kelas control. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dam penelitian ini adalah posttest- only control group design. Hasil uji normalitas adalah bahwa ?2hitung< ?2tabel yaitu untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 4,11581,6810. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan model pembelajaran tipe group investigation.

Dewi Rosaliah Indah.2013. The different between Cooperative Learning Jigsaw Type and Group Investigation of SMA Prasetya Gorontalo. This research aimed to know the differences of student’s learning achievement on teaching material of natural resource distribution at class with uses cooperative learning jigsaw type and class which uses group investigation type. Research population was all classes of XI SMA Prasetya Gorontalo while research samples were 25 student of class XI social scence 1 as experimental class and 20 student of class XI social science 2 as control class. Research design was post-test only control group design. Normality test showed that ?2count < ?2list or 4,1158 < 11,070 for experimental class and 3,3085 < 11,070. It means the average score of student;s learning ahcievment was distributed normally. Hypothesis test by using t-test showed that tcount < ttable or 8,819 >1,6810. It means that there is a significant difference between class which applies cooperative learning jigsaw type and group investigation type.
