"Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) Pada Topik Sejarah Pembentukan Bumi".Program Studi Geografi Jurusan Fisika Fakultas Matematika Dan IPA Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Asri Arbie, Dan Pembimbing II Nova E. Ntobuo. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan di kelas X SMA Negeri I Biluhu dengan obyek penelitian adalah 27 orang siswa, terdiri dari 8 orang siswa laki-laki dan 11 orang siswa perempuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, dan instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru, lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa hasil belajar siswa. pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa adalah 48,1% dan meningkat menjadi 92,5% pada siklus II. Pengelolaan pembelajaran termasuk aktivitas guru 80% pada siklus I, menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Aktivitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran 80% pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Aktivitas siswa 69,4% pada siklus I dan pada siklus II meningkat yaitu 83,5%. Dengan demikian indikator kinerja yang telah ditetapkan yakni minimal 80% atau 25 orang dari 27 orang siswa sudah memperoleh nilai diatas 75 tercapai. Sesuai dengan rumus hipotesis tindakan yakni " jika menerapkan model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) akan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mencapai ketuntasan.

Geography’s Studies Program, Department of Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences University State of Gorontalo. Supervisor I Asri Arbie, and Advisors II Nova E. Ntobuo. Action research is conducted in class X SMA Negeri I Biluhu with the object of research is 27 students, which included 8 male students and 11 female students. The experiment was conducted in two cycles, and the instrument that be used in this research is the observation sheet of teachers’ activities, learning materialize observation sheet, observation sheet of student activity and student learning outcomes. in the first cycle, student learning outcomes was 48.1% and increased to 92.5% in the second cycle. In the first cycle, teachers’activities in learning management was 80% and changed become 100% in the second cycle. Implementation of learning activities are 80% in the first cycle and increased to 100% in the second cycle. in the first cycle, student’s activity was 69.4% and in the second cycle became 83.5%. Thus, the set performance of indicators that have decided at least 80% or 25 of the 27 students have scored more from 75 is reached. Based on the formula of hypothesis namely "when implementing the learning model of Cooperative Integrated Reading And Composition (CIRC) will improve learning outcomes of students in achieving mastery”.
