Attempting to finish a project or a work definitely requires proper time management. The implementation of the good project which suits to the plan needs appripriate management mainly the time management. Time management and proper application will minimize postponement risk for a construction project. Straightforwardly, it will decrease the bloated cost and yield a benefit to the contractors as the people in charge of a project.
This research, in particular, discusses the implementation of time management system and hindrances encountered in the implementation of time management system in auditorium construction project. The research site is Auditorium Building constructed by PT. Bumi Talaga Sejahtera in Bone Bolango District. Based on findings, it can be concluded that time management is not properly applied by PT. Bumi Talaga Sejahtera due to some hindrances in its application.
