Abstrak

Infrastructure construction requires a special analysis in order to avoid possible losses. In particular, the construction of the Bulango Ulu Dam which also requires a financial feasibility analysis prior to its construction.
The research objective was to analyze the financial feasibility of the Bulango Ulu Dam construction, reviewed using Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP) method, and sensitivity analysis.
The research findings revealed the value of a 12% social discount for the calculation of NPV, BCR, and IRR was feasible. In addition, the NPV value= IDR 1.421.686.105.181,33, BCR > 1 was 1.58, and IRR > 12% interest rate was 17.60%. Meanwhile, the payback period using the simple payback period method has 5.23 years (in the 5th year), whereas its payback period using the discounted payback period method has 8.74 years (in the 8th year). The sensitivity analysis indicated that an increase in costs by 10% and normal benefits would obtain the NPV value = IDR 1.177.181.064.800,08, BCR of 1,44 and IRR of 16.64%. While the sensitivity analysis with normal cost and benefit increased by 15%, the NPV value = IDR 2.001.396.584.530,39, BCR of 1,82, and IRR of 18,86%. Lastly, the sensitivity analysis under conditions of normal costs and benefits increased by 20% resulting in the NPV value = IDR 2.194.633.406.980,08, BCR of 1,90, and IRR of 19,20%.
