Dalam era digital sekarang ini proses komputerisasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam segala aktifitas pekerjaan, salah satunya proses absensi dan rekapitulasi perhitungan tunjangan pegawai. Namun selama ini proses absensi dan rekapitulasi yang telah ada dan digunakan menyebabkan tidak efektif dan efisiennya proses yang ada. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini pertujuan untuk membuat sistem pengolahan data yang terintegrasi satu sama lain dan mengimplementasikan metode template matching pada proses absensi. Pengeintegrasian dilakukan pada bagian urusan kepegawaian yang mengurus mengenai proses absensi dan SPPD dengan urusan keuangan yang mengurus pemotongan biaya tunjangan remunerasi dan tunjangan lauk-pauk. Pengimplementasian metode template machting pada proses absensi dilakukan dengan mencocokan file picture pagawai yang ada di database dengan file picture yang diambil saat proses absen berlangsung.
Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses absensi dengan menggunakan metode template machting akan diperoleh data yang lebih akurat. Pada proses pengurusan uang remuneraasi dan uang lauk pauk sudah tidak membutuhkan lagi proses rekapitulasi absensi karena semua proses segara komputerisasi dan terintegrasi sehigga bisa langsung dicetak saat diperlukan.

In the digital era nowadays, the computerization process is needed on every job activity, one of them is attendance process and recapitulation of the employment allowance. But all these days, the process of the attendance and recapitulation are not working effective and efficient as well. This research aimed at making data processing integrated one to another and implementing the method of template matching on the attendance process. The integration is done with the chief of officer's affair that manages about attendance and SPPD (Instruction letter of official travel) with finances affair that manages the remuneration and dishes allowances was done by matching the pictures file of the employee which was in the database with the file picture taken from the attendance process.
The result of this research showed that attendance process by using template matching method had the accurate data. On the process of managing the remuneration and dishes allowances did not need the process of attendance recapitulation. That is all computerized and integrated into one process, so that it is directly printed out when it needs.
