Abstrak

Abstrak : Public Speaking for Teens is one if the programs in Speaking Club, especially for children about ten to sixteen years old. The previous learning media has not increase the learning system in Speaking Club. This research aimed at increasing the quality of learning system by using Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) method and MVC approach as architecture application. The result of this research, from the test, is the increasing the quality of learning in Speaking Club through learning media. Keywords : Microsoft Solution Framework, MVC
