The research was based on the limitation of OPT information service to farmers which affected to the amount of OPT onset. User limit on IT content becomes one of non aptimal aspect in information service. The research aimed to measure the level of maturity, analyze  the advantages of information service use on OPT, and develop OPT information service based on audit result. The research method  applied research and development using framework COBIT 4.1 as the domains were DS1, DS7, and ME1. Research sample was 30 people consisted  of farmers and BPTPH. The results concluded that information service of OPT had good level maturity in the domain of DS1 and ME1 and low level maturity in the domain of DS7. Thus, it requires to develop OPT information service to be remained in good level. After procceding the development and system experimentation, domain of DS7 increased and joined into the third level as the level stands for  standard fulfilment in COBIT.
