Abstrak

Information Technology has been commonly used in many organizations, including goverment institution. Development Planning Agency at Sub-National Level of Gorontalo Province (Bappeda) is one of government institutions that has been using information technology. A good information technology management is needed in order for it to be able to support achieving the goal of the organization. COBIT (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) can be a reference in evaluating IT management in Bappeda of Gorontalo Province. this research aims at optimizing the use of IT in Bappeda of Gorontalo province to support the goal of the institution. The result of the evaluation shows that from the maturity value of 34 Control Objective, there is 3 new control objective that categorized as level 2 repeatable, 29 Control Objective categorized as level 3 define, and 2 Control objective are in level 4 managed. keywoards : COBIT, Informatiom Technology, Evaluation, Maturity Level
