Abstrak

Service for making land certificate in Office of National Land Agency, City of Gorontalo has been computerized. Yet, the making of pedestal right or land ownership proof about heritage requires to be agreed by several heirs. This causes retardation of making process for the land certificate. This research aims to do business process engineering for making the land certificate in office of Nasional Land Agency, City of Gorontalo. This research applies Architecture integrated information system (ARIS) method. Process of determining business process improvevement analysis began with Performance matrix, Check sheet, Cause and effect chart, Root cause analysis, Brainstorming dan Idealizing. Process of determining ARIS method uses 4 stages namely Organisation view, Data view, Function view dan Process (control) view. Finding of this research reveals that comparison of performance measurement for making land certificate which previously take 3 months 14 days changes to be 7 days 10 hours after implementing Architecture integrated information system (ARIS) method.
