Abstrak

Pada Toko BAM Motor mengoptimalkan kinerja pelayanan secara cepat dan efisien sangat penting dalam meningkatkan dan mempertahankan pelanggan. Namun Terdapat beberapa masalah yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya informasi tentang jenis dan fungsi dari barang yang di jual, pelanggan terkadang tidak puas dengan barang yang dibeli atau tidak sesuai keinginan pelanggan, lambatnya proses pengecekan stok dan ketersediaan barang, pencatatan proses pelaporan dan keuntungan setiap penjualan masih menggunakan buku besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah setiap kinerja pelayanan dalam bagian administrasi penjualan dan pengadaan barang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Prototype untuk pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan mutu dan kualiatas pada toko, dengan fitur- fitur yang disediakan pada aplikasi seperti penjualan langsung, penjualan online, dan fitur data barang dapat mengoptimalkan penjualan dan memudahkan iventaris pegawai. Serta dengan adanya sistem ini dapat memudahkan pengguna sehingga menunjang keperluan penjualan serta meningkatkan minat pembeli.

At BAM Motor Store optimizing the service performance quickly and efficiently is very important in improving and retaining customers. But the absence of a computerized system that causes customers to check the availability of goods by coming directly to the store BAM motor, recording stocks of goods are still using the ledger so it takes time for the officers, the slow process of checking the availability of goods because officers must check the stock of goods available due to the large number goods sold, and payment transactions by customers still use notes that require officers to archive the payment memorandum to be used as a calculation of corporate profits every day. The purpose of this study is to make information systems to facilitate each service performance in the sales administration and procurement of goods. In this research use Prototype method for system development. The results of this system can improve the quality and quality of the store, with features provided in applications such as direct sales, online sales, and goods data features to optimize sales and make it easy for the employees. As well as with the existence of this system can facilitate the user so as to support the needs of sales and increase the interest of buyers.
