Abstrak
INTISARI
Distributor kelontong merupakan perantara yang menyalurkan produk dari produsen ke konsumen, sehingga memiliki peranan penting dalam menyalurkan barang kelontong. Namun belum menerapkan teknologi sistem informasi geografis yang dapat mengatasi masalah pendataan distributor, pencarian informasi distributor dan barang kelontong yang dilakukan konsumen karena harus datang kepihak Disprindag, dan pengawasan harga barang kelontong harus survey lapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi geografis distributor kelontong yang dapat mendata, mengolah dan memberikan informasi barang, pengawasan harga barang maupun lokasi distributor dalam sebuah peta digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping untuk pengembangan sistem. Tahapan pertama pada penelitian ini adalah communication untuk mengumpulkan permasalahan, kebutuhan sistem dan data yang diperlukan seperti data distributor dan data barang kelontong, tahapan kedua Quick Plan and Modelling Quick Design seperti arsitektur sistem, struktur database, entity relationship database, dan interface, tahapan ketiga yaitu Construction Of Prototype dengan menerjemahkan kedalam bahasa program PHP, dan tahapan yang terakhir Deployment Delivery and Feedback yaitu pengujian sistem menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi yang menampilkan informasi geografis dengan menampilkan peta lokasi distributor di Provinsi Gorontalo yang terdapat informasi rute, harga, barang kelontong dan data distributor, serta adanya fitur pendaftaran distributor yang berguna untuk mendata distributor dan fitur pengawasan harga barang kelontong yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik.

ABSTRACT
Grocery distributor is an intermediary that distributes products from producer to consumers; therefore it has an important role in distributing groceries. However, it does not apply a geographic information system technology that can resolve a problem on distributor data collection, distributor information search, and groceries distributed by producer since it is needed to come to Department of industry and Trade and supervision of goods' price needs a field survey. The research aims to develop a geographic information system of grocery distributor that can register, process, and give information about goods, supervision of goods' price or distributor location in a digital map. The research uses prototyping method to develop a system. The first step in this research is communication to collect problem, system needs and data needed like distributor data and groceries data, the second step is quick plan and modeling quick design such as architecture system, database structure, entity relationship database and interface, the third step is construction of prototype by transferring into the program language PHP, and the last step is deployment delivery and feedback which is system testing using black box method. The result of this research is in application that displays geographic information by showing distributor location map in Gorontalo Provice where there is information about route, price groceries, and distributor data as well as distributor registration feature which is useful for distributor registration and groceries' price supervision feature which displays in the form of graphic.
